As I embarked upon my staffing career, I was a mere 17 years old,

fresh out of high school, driven by the desire to secure a stable income for my newborn child. At that time, I sought out temporary assignments from various agencies to ensure a respectable livelihood. A strong work ethic had been instilled in me at a young age, as I had begun working at a hair salon when I was only 13, where my responsibilities included sweeping and washing hair. The impetus behind my dedication to work diligently was primarily to support my single mother. Throughout my journey, I have consistently demonstrated a natural inclination toward engaging with people and finding viable solutions for them to enhance their own livelihoods and support their families.

My career officially commenced when I applied at an agency located in Chino Hills. The memory of that day remains vivid in my mind, as the staff members warmly welcomed me, displaying genuine kindness. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity that was extended to me. Initially serving as a receptionist, I quickly grasped the intricacies of the staffing process and promptly ascended the ranks.

By the age of 20, I had assumed the role of a recruiter, which further solidified my aspiration to become a manager. My innate affinity for working with people, coupled with my unwavering determination to identify optimal solutions and provide assistance, propelled me forward. The realm of human resources captivated my attention, compelling me to pursue relevant education through a brief course and college studies. Armed with a solid foundation in human resources, I was able to operate with increased efficiency and a deeper understanding of the field. My unwavering drive to expand my knowledge and advance in my career led me to endure long hours, at times spanning 12 to 24-hour shifts. I recognized that my career had the potential to open doors and enable personal growth. Naturally, my aspirations extended beyond personal fulfillment; I aimed to positively impact the lives of others as well.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of encountering exceptional individuals who served as mentors, for whom I am eternally grateful. They graciously extended opportunities to work alongside them, instilling in me the value of my chosen profession and emphasizing the importance of conducting oneself with integrity within this industry. In the realm of staffing, one is driven either by monetary gain or by the genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. For me, it has always been about the latter, as I firmly believe that without our dedicated employees, whom I consider an integral part of my team, I would not have achieved the position I occupy today. Rather than viewing my temporary associates as mere workers, I hold deep appreciation for their arduous efforts, recognizing that their contributions have been instrumental in the establishment and success of my company. New View Staffing represents a fresh perspective, with an emphasis on forging meaningful connections with both clients and our team members, aiding them in finding fulfilling careers or second chances. Simultaneously, we endeavor to alleviate our clients' staffing burdens, striving to make their job responsibilities more manageable.
